Jane Herrmann

Jane Herrmann is a manager at Dovetail Consulting Group. Prior to joining Dovetail,  Jane spent seven years at PwC, including over three years providing risk management consulting services in PwC’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences practice. In this role, Jane conducted compliance due diligence and integration support for pharmaceutical and medical device company mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes compliance program design, training, CIA readiness support, risk management, interactions with patients and patient organizations, and policy and procedure development.

Jane also has experience in human capital and people strategy. In this role she led initiatives focused on performance management, diversity and culture, coaching and development, employee relations, and retention.

Jane graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Economics.
